Christian Janeczek
Christian Janeczek (born March 3, 1976 in Altdöbern ) is a German lawyer and publisher.
Career
After his studies (1996–2000) and his legal traineeship (2001–2003) in Dresden, Janeczek worked in the field of traffic law and criminal law.
Janeczek became a senior partner of the law firm Roth und Partner in Dresden and Freital.
In the German Lawyers' Association , Janeczek is a member of the traffic law committee and permanent advisor to the ARGE Verkehrsrecht, where he is a member of the managing committee and regional representative for the Dresden Higher Regional Court .
Author, editor-in-chief, publisher
He is the editor and author of various works on traffic law and editor-in-chief of the traffic lawyer , the membership book of the working group traffic law. He is also co-editor of the magazine for damage law and author of several articles published there.
