The Verkehrsanwalt is a legal journal in Germany. It is published quarterly by the Executive Committee of the Transport Law Working Group in the German Lawyers' Association , which is also co-editor of the thematically broader magazine for damage law . "Der Verkehrsanwalt" is the working group's bulletin, but is also often listed in public libraries.
"Der Verkehrsanwalt" publishes interviews, reports from conferences, essays and reviews of other publications with links to traffic law. The publication of current judgments of all instances on traffic law ( civil traffic law , traffic criminal law and regulatory offense law , driving license law , licensing law ) takes up a lot of space .
The term "traffic attorney" is misleading here. What is meant is the lawyer who deals with traffic law. As a rule, it is not a question of the so-called "correspondence attorney", who is sometimes also called "traffic attorney".
