Christian Löffler (born May 10, 1963 in Neumünster ) is a German lawyer with a doctorate and a judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Life

Löffler was born in Neumünster. After completing his legal training in 1993, he initially worked as a legal advisor at a publishing house. In 1997 he entered the higher judicial service of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg . After serving at the Hamburg District Court and the Hamburg Regional Court , he was appointed judge at the Hamburg Regional Court in 1999. In 2003 he was appointed judge at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg . Since its took effect on 1 July 2009 appointment as judge of the Federal Court initially it belonged to the mainly responsible for company law II. Civil Division and later the primarily responsible for the competition, trademark, copyright and transport law I. Civil Division and the cartel division of .
