Christin Zenner

Christin Zenner (born March 18, 1991 in Plauen ) is a German swimmer. At the German Championships in 2008 she was champion over 50 meters and over 100 meters back.

Life

As a child and adolescent, she already attracted attention in the pool and won championships in her age group. She currently lives (2010) in Hildesheim , swims in the VfV Hildesheim club . She is currently doing an apprenticeship in Hanover. Her mother, Jacqueline Zenner, is her trainer. For the DSV, she first appeared in 2006 in a competition in Belgrade in the active team. She remains connected to her hometown Plauen and her sporting roots through her honorary membership in the Plauen swimming club from 2006 .

  • Participant of the JEM in Mallorca: Gold over 50 m back with DAKR, Pl. 4 over 100 m back, Pl. 5 with the 4 × 100 m layer relay.
  • Participant in the Junior World Championship in Rio de Janeiro - bronze over 50 m back

  • DM 2007 Berlin: 3rd place over 200 m back
  • World Cup in Belo Horizonte - Pl. 2 over 50, 100 and 200 m back
  • DM 2008 Berlin: 1st place over 50 m back; 1st place over 100 m back
  • Place 7 in the final with the DSV 4 × 100 m freestyle relay
  • Participation in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing
