Christine Philipp
Christine Philipp (born August 2, 1947 in Oberwiesenthal ) is a German cross-country skier who was once GDR relay champion. For the German Democratic Republic she took part in the Winter Olympics in 1972 and started working for SC Traktor Oberwiesenthal during her active time .
Career
At the GDR ski championships in 1969 she won the 3 x 5 kilometer relay together with Birgit Hunger and Renate Köhler for the SC Traktor Oberwiesenthal . She was nominated for the 1972 Winter Olympics by the National Olympic Committee of the GDR and started there in both individual races. While she finished 30th over the 5 kilometers, she finished 31st over the 10 kilometers.
