Christine Wand-Wittkowski

Christine Wand-Wittkowski (* 1960 in Castrop-Rauxel ) is a German literary scholar .

biography

After graduating from high school in 1979 at the Castrop-Rauxeler Ernst-Barlach-Gymnasium, Christine Wand-Wittkowski studied philosophy and German at the Ruhr University in Bochum from 1979 to 1985 . There, she earned her doctorate in 1988 at Eberhard Nellmann Dr. phil. After her legal clerkship from 1988–1989 she turned back to university science and qualified as a professor in 1998 (also with Nellmann) in the department of German Medieval Studies . Until 2015, Wand-Wittkowski taught literary German medieval studies as a private lecturer at the Ruhr University in Bochum.
