Christof Martinz (born November 25, 1989 in Villach ) is an Austrian ice hockey striker .

Career

Martinz comes from the offspring of the EC VSV and has played 39 Bundesliga games so far, with two assists and two goals. He scored his first goal on November 26, 2010 in the 4-6 home defeat against Laibach. With the U20 team he was able to win the Austrian championship title twice. He received professional contracts for the 2009/10 and 2010/11 seasons.

Private

Martinz is the son of the former Carinthian regional councilor and regional party leader of the ÖVP Carinthia , Josef Martinz .
