Christoph Ann

Christoph Ann (born June 12, 1962 ) is a German lawyer and professor at the School of Management at the Technical University of Munich .

Life

Christoph Ann studied law, history and Romance studies at the University of Bayreuth and the University of Erlangen , as well as at the Duke University School of Law in Durham (USA). He received his doctorate from the University of Bayreuth and completed his preparatory service at the Nuremberg Higher Regional Court . He then worked as a lawyer. In 1998 he completed his habilitation at the University of Tübingen . He worked as a professor for industrial property rights and copyright at the University of Freiburg and as a part-time judge at the patent litigation chamber of the Mannheim Regional Court from 2001 to 2003. In 2003 he became a professor at the Technical University of Munich . As a visiting professor, Christoph Ann u. a. active in the USA , Australia , France and Hungary . He is a liaison professor at the German National Academic Foundation .
