Christoph Curt from Egidy

Christoph Curt von Egidy , also modernized Kurt von Egidy (born April 11, 1801 in Ottersitz ; † February 4, 1858 in Dresden ) was a Saxon governor.

Life

He came from the noble Egidy family and was the second eldest son of the Saxon captain Hans von Egidy (1772–1843) at Kreinitz and Naunhof and Henriette Friederike Wilhelmine nee. von Schleinitz (1774-1818).

Kurt von Egidy took over the Stacha estate and became governor in the Saxon governorate of Bautzen . As such, he was still in office in 1839.

He married Marie born in Bautzen in 1835 . from Gersdorff.
