Christoph Felgenhauer

Christoph Felgenhauer (* before 1604; † thirtieth November 1639 ) was a from the Netherlands originating merchant who in the Electorate of Saxony was an entrepreneur, electoral Saxon Councilor and Director raft and thus more estates could acquire. In 1624 the emperor renewed his nobility. He owned the manors in Hirschstein, Riesa (since 1621), Emseloh , Branderoda (from 1630) and Zscheiplitz (until 1630).

As heirs he left the children Christoph, Magdalena, Magdalena Sibylla (later married to Colonel Pegau), Maria Elisabeth and the grandsons Wolf Christoph and Christian Friedrich, the children of his deceased daughter Christiane.
