Christoph Kirschbaum

Christoph Kirschbaum (* 1958 in Düsseldorf ) is a German guitarist and composer .

Career

After graduating from high school at Mettmann's Heinrich-Heine-Gymnasium in 1977, Kirschbaum studied guitar with Maritta Kersting at the Robert Schumann University in Düsseldorf. In 1986 he completed his studies with the concert exam. In 1994 Kirschbaum founded his own music publisher and has since published his own compositions and didactic literature. He became known throughout Germany with his children's songs, which were sung by pop singer Andrea Berg , among others . In addition to his work as a composer, Kirschbaum teaches at the music school in Mettmann .
