Christoph Weiss (* 1965 in Bremen ) is a German entrepreneur and politician of the CDU .

biography

education and profession

Weiss went to school in Bremen. After graduating from high school, he studied business administration at the University of Münster . He then worked in Hong Kong and Boston . In 1993 he returned to Bremen and worked for the BEGO company . He has been a managing partner of the dental technology company BEGO since 1997.
From 2013 to 2016 Weiss was the Chamber of Commerce President in Bremen.

He is married and has two children.

politics

Weiss became a member of the CDU in 1981 at the age of 16. Since the general election in Bremen in 2019 he has been a member of the Bremen parliament .
Here he is a member of the controlling committees and budget and finance committees as well as in the deputations for economy and work (spokesman).
