Christophe Walter (born January 26, 1983 in Saint-Avold ) is a French football player.
Career
Christophe Walter began playing football in the youth of FC Metz , in whose second team he joined in 2001. A year later he was pulled up to the professional team, which had recently relegated from Ligue 1 , the first French league. In the second division season Walter completed ten missions, with ee also scored one goal. In the end, the team succeeded in direct promotion. In Ligue 1 he came on twelve missions, where he was regularly substituted on and off; Walter was denied a hit. The following season he was awarded to the second division team Stade Reims . There he only made ten missions and returned to FC Metz, where he was denied further appearances in the professional team.
In 2007 Walter moved to the German regional league club SV Elversberg . In Elversberg he played a total of 22 games and was relegated to fourth division with the Elversbergers at the end of the season. Although they stayed in the regional league, this was downgraded to the new fourth-rate league with the establishment of a new third-class league, the 3rd division .
For the 2008/09 season Walter moved to the Luxembourg first division club F91 Dudelange and became a regular player there. With the F91 he became Luxembourg champion and cup winner in 2009. In 2010 he moved back to FC Metz. There he only played for the second team. He has been without a club since 2011.
