Christopher Castile

Christopher Jon Castile (born June 15, 1980 in Orange County , California ) is a retired American actor .

Life

In the early 1990s, Castile first made a number of short guest appearances in various comedy series. In 1991 he got a leading role in the US sitcom A Strong Family , which he played until the end of the series in 1998. The character of the glasses-wearing computer genius Mark Foster led to other roles. In addition to a guest role on the Golden Girls - spin-off Empty Nest was Castile in 1992 and 1993 for the hit movie A dog named Beethoven and its sequel Beethoven's on camera. He then ended his acting career.

In 2005, Castile received his BA from California State University, Long Beach . He then obtained his master's degree at the same faculty in 2008 . Today Castile is a professor of political science at the private Biola University in La Mirada (California).
