Christopher Nguyen (born January 13, 1988 in Dieburg ) is a German football player of Vietnamese descent on the position of a striker.
Career
Nguyen began his active career in the Regionalliga Süd in 2008 at SV Darmstadt 98 . A year later he moved to Darmstadt's league rivals Karlsruher SC II. On September 13, 2010, Nguyen made his second division debut in the first team of KSC against Energie Cottbus . Previously, he was used in a DFB Cup match against FC Ingolstadt . At the end of the 2010/11 season, Nguyen had to leave the club.
In August 2011 Nguyen signed a contract with KSV Hessen Kassel until June 30, 2012 and made his debut on August 14, 2011 under coach Christian Hock in the game against FC Bayern Alzenau . He stayed there only a year. In July 2012 he moved to 1. FC Eschborn . In January 2014 he moved to Rot-Weiß Darmstadt for six months , but returned to Eschborn for the season change. For the 2015/16 season, Nguyen returned to Darmstadt.
