Christopher Stehr

Christopher Stehr (* 1967 in Gerolstein ) is Professor of International Management at the German Graduate School of Management and Law (GGS) and lecturer at various colleges and universities, including a. at the Bauakademie Biberach , the Hochschule Biberach and the Andrássy University Budapest.

Life

Christopher Stehr studied political science and business administration at the University of Munich. During his studies, he worked there in the marketing department of a major bank and as a management consultant. He then received a full scholarship from the German-Japanese Academic Burse at Ulm University with the aim of conducting interdisciplinary and intercultural research on the subject of population development and globalization.

He then moved to the research institute for application-oriented knowledge processing at Ulm University. There he managed third-party funded projects on the subject of globalization and was also doing his doctorate at the Free University of Berlin. In 2003 he founded the management consultancy for globalization issues polymundo . At the same time, he accepted a post-doc position at the Institute for Corporate Planning, Faculty of Mathematics and Economics at Ulm University, until 2009.

From March 2009 to September 2010 he was Professor of International Business and Intercultural Management at the Karlshochschule International University in Karlsruhe. Since October 2010 he has been Professor of International Management at the GGS in Heilbronn.
