Christopher Wesley (born June 23, 1987 in Nuremberg ) is a German hockey player .

Since 2002 Wesley was active in the youth teams of the DHB ; In 2003 he won the title at the U16 European Championship in Barcelona. On August 18, 2005, he made his debut in the German national hockey team . But it wasn't until the European Championship in 2009 that the striker was part of the squad at an international championship; after finishing second in 2009, he was also part of the German team two years later at the European field hockey championship in Mönchengladbach, which this time won the title. The following year Wesley received the gold medal with the German team at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. In 2015 he became vice European champion with the national team. He won the bronze medal at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.

Wesley has played a total of 164 international matches so far. (As of November 2, 2016)

Wesley studies medical technology in Nuremberg. As a youth he won a number of titles with the team at the Nuremberg HTC , and since his promotion in 2007 he has played in the field hockey Bundesliga .
