Chulachak Chakrabongse ( Thai : จุล จักร จักรพงษ์ ; pronunciation : [ t͡ɕunláʔt͡ɕàk t͡ɕàkrápʰoŋ ]; also Hugo Chula Alexander ; born August 6, 1981 in London , England) is a British-Thai actor and singer.

Chakrabongse, who grew up in London and Thailand, opted for an artistic career at an early age and worked as an actor in Thai soap operas at a young age, none of which received much international attention. It was only through the lead role of Sun in the horror film 999 - Final Destination Death from 2002 that he was able to earn his first international reputation as an actor.

In Thailand, apart from acting, he is also a sought-after singer, who has released several albums and is also politically active. In early 2006, Chakrabongse and his band Siplor ( Thai : สิบ ล้อ ) protested against the then Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra alongside other well-known Thai musicians such as the band Carabao by jointly producing a sampler.
