Church Ridge is a 16 km long mountain ridge with several peaks of over 2000  m in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It extends into the Admiralty mountains in a southwesterly direction and separates the Church- from Leander Glacier .

The United States Geological Survey mapped the ridge using its own surveys and using aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1960 and 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1970 after Commander Archer Edward Church (1929-2006), deputy chief of staff of the civil engineering groups the support units of the US Navy in Antarctica from 1967 to 1968.
