History and description
The villa was built in 1900 . Stylistically, the villa belongs to historicism . The residential tower tapering into a cone with box windows on the southwest corner of the house is striking . Noteworthy are the ornamental framework - reminiscent of the English cottage style - in the gable of the west facade and the folding shutters in front of the windows with braced skylights . The beaver-tail-covered roof landscape is adapted to the asymmetrical floor plan of the country house .
