Ciceron is a place in the Quarter (District) Castries on the west coast of the island state of St. Lucia in the Caribbean .

The place with the settlement Monkey Town Ciceron is a southern suburb of the capital Castries . It is located above the bay of the Cul de Sac River , opposite the central oil loading station of St. Lucia. The settlements The Morne and Goodlands adjoin to the east and Cul de Sac, named after the river, to the south .
The place is named after the Ciceron Point ( ceb ) at the exit of the bay.
