Cassandra Cynthia Kobinski (born November 25, 1991 in Santa Clara , California ) is an American - Filipino soccer player with Guamian roots.

Life

Kobinski was born in Santa Clara, but grew up in Santa Rita , Guam. She attended Cupertino High School in Cupertino , California before enrolling at California Polytechnic State University in 2009 . In spring 2011 she completed her biology degree with a bachelor's degree.

Career

Kobinski started her career with De Anza Force and moved to Vancouver Whitecaps Women in Canada in 2007 . In addition to her club career, she played at Cupertino High School for the Pioneers Women Soccer Team. After four years, she made the move to California Polytechnic State University, where she played on the Cal Poly Mustangs Women Soccer Team. During the 2010 semester break, she played in the NorCal Premier Soccer League, for the Juventus Sport Club Belmont Oaks Barracudas and in the Women's Premier Soccer League for the San Francisco Nighthawks. After graduating in spring 2012, she returned to Guam and has played for IT & E. Pumas ever since .

National team

In 2010 she played some non-FIFA games for the Guamian women's national soccer team , but decided to join the Philippine Football Association in spring 2012. On April 9, 2012, she was first called to the squad for the Philippine Women's National Football Team and made her debut in the LA Viking Cup in November 2012.
