The Cieślak Point ( English , Polish Przylądek Cieślaka ) is a rocky headland on the John Paul II coast in the northwest of King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is located immediately west of the Usher Glacier between this and Stigant Point .
Polish scientists named them in 1984 after Andrzej Cieślak, boatman on two Polish expeditions to the Antarctic (1978–1979 and 1980–1981).
