Cihad Ateş (born January 1, 1998 in Turgutlu ) is a Turkish football player .

Career

Ateş was born in Turgutlu and started playing club football here in the youth of Turgutluspors . In November 2014 he received a professional contract with this club, but continued to play predominantly for the youth and reserve teams. In addition to these activities, he was also involved in training the professional team and finally made his league debut on December 21, 2014 in the third division encounter against Tokatspor . He played at Turgutluspor until the summer of 2016 and left after relegation to Turkish amateur football.

After remaining without a club in the first half of the 2016/17 season, he was signed by the second division Altınordu Izmir in the 2016/17 winter transfer period . For the 2017/18 season he was loaned to the fourth division team Pazarspor .
