Cipriana da Costa Pereira (born June 27, 1963 in Laga , Portuguese Timor ) is a politician from East Timor . She is a member of FRETILIN .

Pereira studied political science and later taught at the Universidade Nasionál Timór Lorosa'e (UNTL). In 1999 she became a member of the National Consultative Council (NCC) and was also a member of the National Council (NC). From 2001 to 2012 Pereira was a member of the National Parliament of East Timor for FRETILIN , where she moved in as a direct candidate for the Dili district in 2001. There she was a member of the Commission for Economy, Finance and Anti-Corruption (Commission C).
