The Cirque Peak is a mountain summit of the Victory Mountains in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises 1.5 km south of Le Couteur Peak in the Millen Range .
Members of the New Zealand Federated Mountain Club Antarctic Expedition (1962-1963) named it after its location at the head of a large mountain basin (English: cirque ) that belongs to the firn field of the Pearl Harbor Glacier .
