Band history

The band comes from the Bath area , England and was formed by Dick Lucas ( vocals / lyrics), Jasper ( bass ), Trotsky ( drums ) and Larry ( guitar ). After their first album, Free Souls in a Trapped Environment , Larry left the band and was replaced by Phil, who previously played with Dick and Trotsky for the Subhumans . In July 2006 Trotsky was replaced by Silas on drums.

After a five-year hiatus, the band returned to the studio in August 2006 to record a joint album with Leftover Crack .

The band is known for their lyrics, which often make strong social or political statements. Topics are vegetarianism (everyone in the band are vegetarians), anti- consumerism and questioning the status quo . They support DIY and organize their concerts as well as the design and distribution of their records themselves.
