The residential building with the postal address Clara-Zetkin-Straße 15 is a listed building in the Hanseatic city of Demmin in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania .

Location and history

The building is to the east of August-Bebel-Platz at the end of a street crossing. To the north, the federal highway 110 leads past the structure in a west-east direction. It was created in 1763 and was located as oakleaf Hof for several generations of the Ackerbürger family oak leaf . It is considered the oldest building in the Anklam suburb.

architecture

The two-storey building was made of bricks that were then plastered . The representative street front was structured axially symmetrically. In the basement there are three rectangular windows in the middle of a beehive-shaped staircase, and seven rectangular windows on the floor above. The corners of the building were grooved with a square plaster on the lower floor and highlighted by a panel on the upper floor . The two storeys are also set apart from one another by a cornice . The hipped roof is covered with a red beaver tail .
