Clara Ragaz
Clara Ragaz , b. Nadig (born March 30, 1874 in Chur , † October 7, 1957 in Zurich ) was a Swiss women's rights activist and peace activist . Clara Ragaz was vice-president of the International Women's League for Peace and Freedom for a number of years , and until 1946 she was chairwoman of the Swiss branch.
Ragaz's work is permeated with a mixture of religiosity and socialism. Since 1901 she was married to the theology professor Leonhard Ragaz , who is considered one of the founders of Religious Socialism .
