The Clarke Glacier is a 30 km long and up to 3 km long glacier on the Fallières coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It flows in a westerly direction along the northern flank of Sickle Mountain and Baudin Peaks to Mikkelsen Bay .
Participants in the British Graham Land Expedition (1934–1937) led by the Australian polar explorer John Rymill carried out a rough map in 1936. A sled team of the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939-1941) crossed the head of the glacier in January 1941. The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey surveyed the lower section of the glacier between 1948 and 1949. It is named after Louis Colville Gray Clarke (1881-1960), director of the Fitzwilliam Museum (1937-1946), who helped the British Graham Land Expedition.
