Germany
In 1997, Deutsche Bahn AG took over a diesel-electric locomotive of the type JT26CW-SS and included it in its numbering plan as 259 003. The locomotive was previously used in Great Britain by the private railway company Foster Yeoman under the designation Yeoman Highlander 59 003 . After the end of its mission at Deutsche Bahn AG, the locomotive was handed over to Heavy Haul Power International for operation on German railway lines . It was in use there from 2001 to 2014 before it was taken over by GB Railfreight and has been providing transport services in Great Britain again since 2015.
