Claude Gastien Chamaken (born May 18, 1988 ) is a Cameroonian athlete who specializes in throwing the javelin .

Athletic career

Claude Chamaken gained his first international experience in 2018 at the African Championships in Asaba , where he took seventh place with a width of 68.63 m. The following year he took part in the Africa Games in Rabat for the first time and improved the national record there to 71.44 m, which put him in fifth place, before finishing eleventh at the World Military Games in Wuhan with a throw of 68.27 m.

In 2019 Chamaken became the Cameroonian javelin champion.
