Claude Closky

Claude Closky (* 1963 in Paris ) is a French artist.

Life

In 1980 Closky graduated from high school in his hometown of Paris. Then he attended the Paris art school. In 1984 he founded the collective Les frères Ripoulin with other artists , which is closely related to the Figuration Libre . He showed his art on the streets of Paris and New York. In 1989 he created his first books and drawings. Later he started using the computer. He developed into a multimedia artist who, in addition to his drawings and books, works with videos, photographs, objects and materials such as wallpaper. He lives in Paris.
