Claude Frisoni (born September 23, 1954 in Knutange ) is a French writer , actor , director and cultural manager. From 2002 until his retirement in 2013 he was the head of the cultural meeting center at Neumünster Abbey .

Frisoni attended high school in Longwy and studied law and economics in Nancy from 1973 to 1977 . He then worked at the French cultural center in Luxembourg , then as a cultural attaché at the French embassy. In 1994 he acted as general coordinator of the project “Luxembourg, European Capital of Culture 1995”.

He is chairman of the Friends of the Victor Hugo House in Vianden and on the board of the Servais Foundation for Luxembourgish Literature, which regularly awards a literary prize.
