plant
Claude Prin has written plays and radio plays. His work is particularly shaped by the engagement with historical personalities in politics ( Gaius Julius Caesar , Antoine de Saint-Just , Heinrich Himmler , Magda Goebbels , Lenin , Josef Stalin , Leon Trotsky ) and art ( Heinrich von Kleist , Alban Berg ). Prin prefers to use the open form of monologic-static running texts, the dramatic content of which is usually only revealed during rehearsals.
Most of the German translations of Claude Prins' pieces are by Bernd Schirmer .
