Claudia Pulchra (* around 12 BC) was a Roman noblewoman.

Claudia Pulchra was the daughter of Claudia Marcella the Younger from her second, no earlier than 13 BC. Marriage to Marcus Valerius Messalla Appianus and close friend of her 2nd cousin Agrippina the Elder . She married Publius Quinctilius Varus , with whom she had Quinctilius Varus as a son. In 9 AD, her husband was killed in the famous Varus Battle against Arminius , and in 26 AD she herself was a victim of the high treason trials of Sejan . Claudia was charged by Gnaeus Domitius Afer with (allegedly) attempted poisoning of the emperor, witchcraft and fornication with Furnius. According to Tacitus , the real target of this charge was the popular Agrippina, the widow of Germanicus and mother of the designated successor to Emperor Tiberius . Agrippina, who saw through this, spoke out on behalf of Tiberius, but was turned away. Claudia and her alleged lover were convicted while Domitius Afer was making a career. Her son also fell victim to Seemann's and Domitius Afer's intrigues the following year.
