Claudia Marcella the Younger

Claudia Marcella the Younger (Latin: Claudia Marcella Minor ) (* around 39 BC) was a Roman noblewoman.

Claudia Marcella Minor (= the younger) was given the nickname Minor in modern literature in order to be able to distinguish her from her older sister Claudia Marcella Maior of the same name . Both were daughters of Gaius Claudius Marcellus and Octavia Minor , sister of the emperor Augustus .

Claudia Marcella Minor, who was only born after the death of her father, may have first married an ignoramus; H. a stranger, a.
