Clemens Heitmann

Clemens August Heitmann (born August 18, 1818 in Bevergern , † July 1894 in Dorsten ) was a German judge and parliamentarian.

Life

Clemens Heitmann studied law at the universities of Berlin , Heidelberg and Bonn . In 1839 he became a member of the Corps Saxonia Bonn . After completing his studies, he pursued a career as a judge. From 1849 to 1879 he was a district judge and then a district judge in Dorsten.

Heitmann sat from 1853 to 1855 as a member of the constituency of Münster 4 in the Prussian House of Representatives . He belonged to the Catholic parliamentary group.
