Clementine Abel

Clementine Abel , b. Hofmeister (born January 15, 1826 in Leipzig ; † November 30, 1905 there ) was a German writer .

Life

Clementine Abel was married to the publisher and bookseller Ambrosius Abel. In addition to poems and short stories, she mainly wrote writings for young people. She also worked as a columnist for various newspapers . Numerous publications appeared under the pseudonym "Clelie Betemann".
