Cleo and the Art Pirates (original title: Pirates: Adventures in Art) is a Canadian animated series that was produced between 2010 and 2011 .

action

The kingdom of Chroma is ruled by the evil Queen Conformia, who hates everything beautiful and oppresses everyone else. Therefore she tries to make her kingdom as gray and monotonous as possible. The art-loving Princess Cleo, her friend Captain Leo and his comrades try to prevent this. With their ship, the Mona Lisa, they sail from one coast to the other to enrich people with art and colors.

Production and publication

The series was produced by DHX Media in Canada between 2010 and 2011 . The writer wrote Andrew Sabiston. The German premiere took place on November 5, 2012 on Super RTL . Other broadcasts also took place on Toggo plus .
