Clit 45 is a street punk band from Los Angeles that formed in the mid-1990s . They play fast and consistently, but have also been criticized for sounding hardly any different from the punk of the past 25 years. The band's second and third albums were released on BYO Records and distributed in Europe by Cargo Records .
