Clive Hachilensa (born September 17, 1979 in Mazabuka , Zambia ) is a former Zambian football player . The defender was most recently under contract with Lime Hotspurs and was also active in the Zambian national team .

Hachilensa played in Zambia with Ndola United , Railway Express , Kabwe Warriors , Green Buffaloes and ZESCO United until 2005 . In 2005 he moved to the South African Premier Soccer League to the Free State Stars , but rose in his first season with the club. 2006/07 he was the team captain and led the club back to the top division. His contract was not renewed, however, and so he moved in August 2007 to the Finnish Veikkausliiga for IFK Mariehamn on a free transfer . After the end of the season he returned to Zambia at the end of 2007, but Mariehamn has an option for a commitment in the 2008 season. After several other positions in Zambia and South Africa, he ended his career in 2013.

In the Zambian national team Hachilensa made his debut in 2001 under coach Ben Bamfuchile . In 2006 he was used in two of three games during the 2006 African Cup of Nations, but could not prevent the elimination after the preliminary round. Between 2004 and 2007 he took part in four consecutive COSAFA Cups , his performance in 2005 also ensured the commitment by the Free State Stars . The greatest success was winning the title in 2006. As expected, he was nominated for the 2008 African Cup and was in the starting line-up for the opening win against Sudan.
