Club RTL is a French-speaking television broadcaster . It broadcasts on the Luxembourg and Belgian cable networks and is also broadcast in Luxembourg via DVB-T . The current owners are 66 percent RTL Group and 34 percent Audiopresse . The private broadcaster started broadcasting in 1995 and is the second branch of the RTL Group in Belgium after RTL TVI and before Plug TV . Club RTL's program is aimed at the whole family. The Kids Club program is broadcast in the mornings and afternoons, and RTL Sport is broadcast on sports .
