The Coal Harbor (English for coal port ) is a small bay on the south coast and near the western end of South Georgia . It is located 800 m east of Undine Harbor .
Around 1912 the bay was as Coaling Harbor known and alluded to the use by whale and seal hunters here coal on their ships bunkerten . Participants in the British Discovery Investigations abbreviated this designation when mapping the area between 1926 and 1930.
