Cobblers Mound ( English for shoemaker's hill ) is a 65 m high hill on Bird Island off the northwestern tip of South Georgia . It looms west of Sooty Cove and northwest of Shoemaker Point .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2012 based on the name of the Shoemaker Point (English for Schumacherspitze ).
