The Codex Mutinensis ( Gregory-Aland no. H a or 014 ; von Soden α 6) is a Greek manuscript of the Acts of the Apostles , which is dated to the 9th century.

Parts of the Codex are missing (Acts 1,1-5,28; 9,39-10,19; 13,36-14,3; 27,4-28,31). The text is in one column, 30 lines, 36 letters in one line. The letters inclined to the right with alcohol and accents. It contains prolegomena, signatures, στιχοι , forewords to Paul.

The Greek text of the Codex Mutinensis represents the Byzantine text type . The text of the Codex is assigned to Category V.

The manuscript was collated by Tischendorf (1843) and Tregelles (1846).

The Codex Mutinensis consists of 43 written sheets (33 × 23 cm) and is kept in the Biblioteca Estense (Gr. 196) in Modena .
