The Coleman Bluffs are a loose chain of rock and ice cliffs in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the center of the Outback Nunatakker they extend 16 km northwest of Mount Weihaupt over a length of 8 km in a north-south orientation.
The United States Geological Survey mapped them using the United States Navy's own surveys and aerial photographs from 1959 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1970 after Harold L. Coleman, a meteorologist at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station in 1968 .
