Colin Gordon (athlete)
Colin Gordon ( Colin Ernest Sutherland Gordon; born December 24, 1907 in Bath Settlement , Upper Demerara-Berbice , British Guiana , † August 22, 1980 in Adelaide , Australia ) was a British high jumper .
At the Olympic Games in Amsterdam in 1928 he came in 17th place, and at the British Empire Games in Hamilton in 1930 he won silver for British Guiana.
In 1930 he became English champion. In the same year he set his personal best on July 12th in London with 1.91 m.
