The Company Glacier is a glacier in the Wenatchee National Forest in the State of Washington . It is located on the northern slopes of Bonanza Peak , the highest non-volcanic peak in the Cascade Range . Company Glacier descends from 9,200 ft (2,804 m) to 6,500 ft (1,981 m) in several main gullies that merge at an altitude of 7,800 ft (2,377 m). Company Glacier was used as the access route on the first ascent of Bonanza Peak in 1937.
