Concrete Jungle Records is a German independent label that specializes in punk , rock and hardcore punk .
Label history
The Concrete Jungle logo appeared for the first time on the Rejected Youth EP No Police State Coalition , which was published by the then affiliated independent label MSM1279 in September 2004 and was distributed via Broken Silence Independent Distribution . Since then, Concrete Jungle Records has acted as a mail order and opened the record store of the same name in the Gostenhof district of Nuremberg in March 2005. In February 2007, MSM1279 was discontinued and the entire label catalog was taken over by Concrete Jungle Records, which has since also officially acted as an independent label. In the summer of 2007 the record store was closed. In 2009 the name Concrete Jungle Records was licensed to F&M Feral Media Gbr, which also includes the German punk independent label Aggressive Punk Productions . The connected online shop has been operated by Plastic Bomb since 2012 . Distribution in Germany, Austria and Switzerland has been via Edel Music since 2011 , in the Benelux via Sonic Rendezvous , in Scandinavia via Sound Pollution and in the USA / Canada since 2013 via Cobraside . Kontor New Media has been responsible for digital sales since 2011 .
